Housebound Annual Review System 

You are housebound if you are unable to leave your home. This means that your annual review tests will take place at home, usually by our doctors, sometime around your birthday month.

Home visits

The doctors can carry out home visits for patients who are housebound and who are more vulnerable.

We ask you to call before 11.30 am to arrange this so that we can assess the need for a visit on the same day. However, this is at the doctor’s discretion and they will assess your situation over the telephone and advise you appropriately.
