Important Update: Our prescription ordering phone line is closing on 31st October 2026.
From this date, we will no longer accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone. This change allows our team to manage urgent medical calls more efficiently.
How to Order Your Prescriptions
You can order your repeat medication through the following secure methods:
The NHS App: This is the fastest way to order. You can view your available medications and track your request directly on your smartphone or tablet.
Paper Requests: Drop your repeat prescription slip into the dedicated box at our main reception.
