Online Total Triage Requests

As of the 1st of October 2025, the practice will be extending the time you can submit routine triage requests during our core opening hours of 8am to 6.30pm.
Online Consultation requests are for non-urgent matters only. If you believe your symptoms are life threatening, please phone 999.
Your non-urgent request will be read and reviewed within core hours and will be actioned within an appropriate time frame, depending on the nature of your request. We may need to contact you to request further information.
