Why Do We Run Behind?
Medical Emergencies: A patient ahead of you may have presented with an acute, life-threatening emergency requiring immediate action.
Complex Clinical Needs: Some patients need extra time, support, or an ambulance during their consultation.
Delays Outside Our Control: We never rush vulnerable patients when they need us most.
⏰ Waiting More Than 25 Minutes?
If you have been waiting for more than 25 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, please speak to a member of our reception team.
Our team will gladly:
Check that you are successfully checked in on our system.
Provide you with an accurate update on how long your clinician is running behind.
Offer to rebook your appointment if you cannot wait due to other commitments.
